Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Cozy Crochet by JD. Every piece is handmade to order in London, UK. Here’s how shipping works.
Making time
Because each item is made to order, please allow 5-6 days for me to make your piece before it’s posted. Pieces ordered in a custom size or with special requests may take a little longer, and I’ll let you know if so. Making time is separate from delivery time.
UK delivery
Orders are posted from London with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Standard UK delivery: £3, usually 2-3 days after dispatch
- Free UK delivery on orders over £30
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, particularly in the run-up to Christmas.
International delivery
I currently deliver within the UK only.
Christmas orders
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by:
- 15th December, 2026 for UK delivery
Orders placed after these dates can’t be guaranteed for Christmas, but message me and I’ll do my best.
Gift wrapping and a handwritten note
Gift wrapping and a handwritten note are available. Just let me know under “Special instructions” in the cart.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been posted.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. I’m not able to take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you need to change your address, message me as soon as possible, and I’ll update it if your order hasn’t been posted yet.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email contact.janhvid@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. I’ll look into it with the courier and make it right.
Digital patterns
Digital pattern downloads aren’t posted. You’ll receive access to your file by email after purchase.
